Privacy notice for Rova
Rova is a private beta run by Ha Eun in Cork, Ireland. If you have any question about your information, email support@hellorova.app.
How your information is looked after. To work, Rova stores your email address, your answers to the welcome questions, and what you write and say in Rova. That includes reflections, timeline entries, chat messages, voice recordings, any test results or documents you add, and notes about people you add. All of it is kept securely behind your sign in, and other Rova users cannot see it. It is used to run Rova for you. Your welcome answers also help me decide who joins the early group and learn how people find Rova.
Who helps process it. Rova is built and hosted on Lovable. What you write is sent to AI models from OpenAI to produce replies and suggestions. Voice recordings are turned into text by a Google speech model. Welcome emails are sent through Lovable’s managed email service. These companies process your information only to provide their service. Our platform provider states that what you enter in Rova is not used to train AI models, and I will update this notice if that changes.
Who can see it. I can see your email address and your welcome answers, because I need them to manage places in the beta. I do not read what you write in Rova, and I will only look at it if you ask me to help with a problem.
AI replies can be wrong. Rova is not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice. Please check before acting on anything it suggests.
Other people. If you add details about someone else, such as a coach or mentor, please add only what you would be comfortable with them knowing.
How long, and deleting it. I keep your information while you use Rova. If you want it gone, email support@hellorova.app or use the delete option in Rova and I will delete everything within a few days, and always within one month. When the beta ends, I will either ask whether you want to continue or delete your information.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information at any time, and you can withdraw your consent. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
Cookies and browser storage. Rova uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We only store what's needed to keep you signed in and remember where you are in the app, and our fonts are served from Rova itself, so nothing is shared with third parties when you visit.
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google may set its own short lived cookies during sign in.
